WA Government Announces Housing Initiative at Finbar's Sold-Out Project

Last week, Finbar’s CEO, Ronald Chan, welcomed the WA Premier, the Hon Roger Cook MLA, the Deputy Premier and Treasurer, the Hon Rita Saffioti MLA and Minister for Housing and Works, the Hon John Carey MLA to its sold-out Bel-Air Apartments development, where they toured a selection of completed apartments as the project approaches completion.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the quality and progress of one of Finbar’s major residential developments, as well as the important role well-located, large-scale and affordable apartment projects can play in increasing housing supply and diversity across Western Australia.

During the visit, Premier Roger Cook, Treasurer Rita Saffioti and Housing and Works Minister John Carey also outlined a new initiative to support apartment developments via Keystart by addressing financing barriers and supporting earlier project commencement.
