Garden Towers has been named Best Lifestyle Apartment Development at the 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, recognising the development’s focus on design, amenity, connectivity and liveability.

The award is particularly meaningful to Finbar as it reflects an ethos that has underpinned our business for more than three decades: developing better lifestyles for the Western Australian community.

Garden Towers will comprise 329 apartments, complemented by a ground-floor commercial precinct and the restoration and repurposing of the heritage-listed former Materials Science Building.
